Enzo Yen-Yi Chiang

Service Design (MA)

About

I am Enzo Chiang, a strategic designer and innovation consultant with a background in communication and service design. I value design as a process of imagining and planning for the pleasure of everyday things. I am passionate about making the design mindset accessible and experiential for the general public, empowering people to project a desirable future through the power of design. I collaborate with private and public organisations to develop innovation strategies that drive behavioural change and harness emerging technologies to make design interventions even more powerful.

I am honoured to have received the Student Notable in the Core77 Design Awards 2024 for one of my social impact projects during my studies. Currently, I am working on a research project to build a communication platform for citizens and public servants to exchange information more efficiently, leveraging AI advancements.
