About
I’m Yiyun, as a Service Design Master’s student at the Royal College of Art, my studies focus on integrating design thinking and user-centered methods to solve complex service challenges. This multidisciplinary field has allowed me to collaborate with peers from diverse backgrounds, enriching my understanding of technological, business, and cultural perspectives.
Through hands-on projects, I’ve honed my skills in prototype development and team leadership, learning to consider every detail in service design. The Royal College of Art has fostered an innovative learning environment that constantly pushes me to apply my design passion to practical, real-world solutions. I’m eager to bring this expertise to broader applications, enhancing user experiences and adding societal value.
