About

I am a Production Designer and Design Educator with a Bachelor’s in Set Design from India. My career spans various film, event, and theatre roles, working with renowned brands such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney plus Hotstar and many more. This extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of the industry’s dynamic demands and intricate processes.

My passion for set design and organising collaborative and interdisciplinary design projects inspired me to become a Design Educator. My industry experience has allowed me to adopt multiple approaches and methodologies in my teaching, helping students explore their creativity while understanding how to approach design in a professional setting. As an educator, I aim to guide my students in developing their own creative approaches to design.

My goal is to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the professional world, fostering a balance between creative exploration and practical application. This inspired me to develop independent research on bridging the gap between academic study and the creative industries by creating effective design project briefs.
