Yingrun Lu
About
Yingrun Lu is a Textile designer and an interdisciplinary artist. Her works are good at transforming the psychological content of human beings in social context into a visual form, often showing it to the audience in the form of performance. She believes that interacting with the audience through body language and eye contact, and conveying it to the world in the form of recording, is one of the most direct and powerful ways of communication. As she studied fashion design in Australia and the UK, wearable three-dimensional devices can often be seen in her works, which have become the most powerful medium for her to communicate with the audience. In the future, she will continue to discuss the psychological level with the audience on elasticity, space, and balance, and promote the audience’s deep thinking about the interaction between themselves and the environment.
