Tiffany Abraham

Service Design (MA)

About

With over two years of diverse experience in production, marketing, documentary filmmaking and contemporary filmmaking, Tiffany Abraham has had the opportunity to work with various esteemed clients.

Tiffany’s portfolio includes filming for dance performers from “Bridgeton” and collaborating with renowned artists such as BAFTA-nominated Ana Pio, Kevin Allen (KVN Dance Company), and coordinating marketing efforts for the Open Arts Festival (OAF).

Through her Service Design MA, she has gained a variety of additional skills, including project management, customer engagement, customer research, customer journey mapping, stakeholder interviewing, prototyping, collaborative design, and most importantly, empathy.

During her studies at the Royal College of Art, Tiffany participated in two major projects, the most significant being the start-up pitch for “Artchute,” a creative agency designed to support emerging creatives in London.

Tiffany, along with her teammates Nicole Ning and Louise Yan, who come from backgrounds in fashion, engineering, and multimedia disciplines, employed a user research approach involving observation, interviews, and testing various business strategies to best support their target users—emerging creatives. Their goal is to break down social barriers, creating an equal playing field for artists to sell their work and network, aspiring to provide a “steady future and safer landing” for these artists.

As Tiffany Abraham graduates from the Royal College of Art, her extensive network of friends from multiple disciplines, such as contemporary art curation, photography and film, has fuelled her drive to help others. She naturally empathises with her peers and envisions a future where she could join marketing teams, work in publicity, or further develop Artchute. Her experience in Service Design has broadened her horizons, giving her the confidence to collaborate on multiple projects while enjoying the process.
