About

Hannah Eccles is a London-based artist with a background in Fine Art Sculpture and Set Design, now working in 3D computer animation. Her experience in sculpture and set design provides a foundation for her current practice, where she combines digital and analogue techniques to create work that explores themes of the psyche, absurdity, mythology and humour.

After studying Fine Art Sculpture at Brighton University, Hannah spent time working in set design, developing skills in creating detailed and imaginative environments. This led to an interest in 3D computer animation. During her time on the RCA Animation MA she created the film ‘The Id, the Bad and the Ugly’ a Western slapstick satire following a cowboy and his elusive therapist.

Hannah continues to explore the possibilities of animation and its many avenues for storytelling. She is available for animation, filmmaking and design opportunities
