About
Antra is an Indian book cover designer with a keen interest in illustration. She likes to spend time in knowing, understanding and interpreting what is to be represented. Translating the written word into visuals while keeping in mind the author and the reader is exciting for her. She likes briefs–meeting as well as challenging them.
Before her masters at the RCA, she worked as a cover designer at Penguin Random House India for 4 years.
During her masters, she investigated whether Dall-e can take over her job as a cover designer, and learnt (to her utter relief!) that it can not. Here are some covers she designed as a part of these experiments (these have not been touched read tainted by Dall-e).
