About

Kahee Jeong, a Korean-born artist now based in London, holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Yeungnam University, a BA(Hons) in Fine Art Painting from University of Brighton, and a Master of Arts in Painting at the Royal College of Art. Jeong draws inspiration from the organic fluidity, interaction, and dynamics observed in natural cellular structures. Amalgamating analogue and digital medium, and natural and artificial materials, Jeong’s work reflects the interplay between her introspection and the external environment, recognising we are interconnected as cells. Her exploration represents a paradoxical cellular gesture that seeks our nature and value such as equality, interpreting contemporary phenomena and sensitivities amidst the fast-paced AI generation.
