About

My project is about a theatre-led cultural communications center. I hope that people will gather people of all races in East London through the form of a theater, where people will watch plays of different races being staged at the same time, and where lively performances will allow people to visualize the differences in the cultures of various races, thus promoting mutual understanding. At the same time, the complex contains multi-dimensional cultural attributes such as museums, restaurants, libraries, etc., so that people can learn about different races from art, dining, literature and other aspects, which is more conducive to mutual sharing and communication. On the other hand, it is also a way to protect the multiculturalism of East London and to avoid the over-commercialization that comes with the development of the city. This theater-centered cultural complex is like a microcosm of East London, but it is a place that is more harmonious and more vital, and this influence will be extended to the whole of East London.
