Interior Design (MA)

About

Steven Lin (林奕全) is a spatial designer and photographer based in Taipei and London. His career began at a multidisciplinary, award-winning design firm, which inspired him to further his studies with a Master’s degree in Interior Design at the Royal College of Art. With a strong focus on materials, his design envisions how future users will engage with the space, adopting an experimental and detail-oriented methodology.

This year, his thesis project, Team Walk Makes The Dream Work, introduces the notion of glitch into spatial design, celebrating mistakes and transforming them into unexpected beauty. The project envisions a workspace where glitches are thoughtfully integrated, sparking curiosity and challenging conventional norms. Here, glitches disrupt typical workflows, turning “errors” into opportunities.
