Lauren Brown
About
b.1997, Huddersfield UK, Lives and works in London.
Brown’s work is made up of ambiguous elements that pulsate with an eerie energy. The paint appears to infuse, ooze, and take on a bodily and malleable form in vivid, visceral colours. The figurative elements come forward as strange yet familiar, weaving an intricate map of the microscopic and otherworldly.
