人类对自然资源总是贪婪无度，而在当下的关系中，自然更像是为人类服务。人类不断向自然索要木材、水或蘑菇等可食用的资源。但这些资源是有限的，如果被人类消耗，它们又如何生存下去？受福柯生命政治理论的启发，作为自然与历史存在的统一体，人口并不服从统治者的个人意志，而是服从一系列相互作用的自然变量。这启发我将人类与自然之间的自然资源相互作用作为研究对象，将自然这样一个无意志的躯体变成统治者。
于是我着手将人类与自然的服务关系，转换为人类索取自然资源，让自然为人类服务的关系。如果人类服务自然资源，地球就成为最大的雇主。这种新的雇佣关系，能否让人类在自然界找到新的生态位，实现生态平衡？在我们的现实中，菌丝体在地下传播孢子，形成蘑菇，菌丝体是连接自然界的庞大的地下自然网络。这启发我成立了蘑菇端公司，一家人类就像菌丝网络一样的公司，从保护孢子开始，到传递信息培育蘑菇，岗位分为孢子、菌丝体和蘑菇。在目前人类的研究中，蘑菇会影响降水，进而影响生态系统，所以我选择让人类保护蘑菇，用新的方式种植越来越多的蘑菇，实现生态系统的平衡。
