Dor Cohen
About
Dor is an illustrator, printmaker and graphic novelist living in London. His body of work includes illustrations for books, magazines and exhibitions, working with publishing presses and collectives. He enjoys creating interesting objects through print and other press adventures.
In his practice, Dor explores narratives of identity through places. His book Sürgun depicts the scenery of the Galilee region through illustrated vignettes and environmental analogies while raising questions about colonialism, coexistence, and peace.
Before coming to the Royal College of Art, he graduated Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem (B.A., 2021) and held his first solo exhibition at P8 gallery in Tel-Aviv (2022).
