Design Futures (MDes)

About

I am an empathetic designer skilled in storytelling and illustration. I visualize complex research and present data clearly. I create interactive experiences that engage Gen-Z, combining life philosophy with practical problem-solving.

This project explores the retirement lives of single Gen-Z individuals in the context of China’s one-child policy, aging population, and increasing single population. It predicts lifestyle changes and establishes a longevity timeline. By visualizing pain points and creating future personas, it reveals how lifestyle choices impact retirement, covering social interactions, travel, health, love, work, and death in both virtual and real-world activities. The project aims to raise future planning awareness among single Gen-Z through interactive illustrations and guide stakeholders, including businesses, healthcare institutions, governments, and designers, to improve their retirement conditions.
