About

Xianzhuyue Li is a multidisciplinary innovation designer with an exceptional background in fashion design and experience in interaction and service design. She is passionate about anticipating and exploring sustainable and complex societal issues. By combining artistic and systematic thinking, she creates strategic and forward-looking designs and solutions. Her work aims to enhance connections between people and communities, fostering social and ecological sustainability.

The Poice project aims to reshape social interactions and community engagement in Chinese community by 2050, fostering social and ecological diversity for sustainable development in smart and eco-friendly cities. As technology advances and AI enhances efficiency, there is a risk of diminishing diverse social ecosystems and reducing human interaction. In the future, people may become less connected to the physical world and each other, losing their social skills and awareness of their immediate nearby.

To address this, the Poice project leverages the summer insect-catching culture of specific Chinese cities. Using plants and spatial audio technology, the project shares information about insects with residents, encouraging them to explore their environment. This initiative aims to help people connect more easily with others and the reality around them.
