SenseTaste
Introduction:
The SensaTaste Project aims to improve the dining experience for individuals with chronic illnesses and those pursuing healthy eating habits through the design of innovative tableware. This project investigates how the physical properties of bowls and chopsticks can enhance the taste experience of food through visual and tactile cues, ultimately reducing the need for additional seasonings. Through multiple experimental validations, a series of tableware designs have been developed to enhance the natural flavors of food, promoting healthier eating habits and positively impacting the prevention and management of chronic diseases.
