About

Zijie He is an interdisciplinary designer with a background in textile and product design. Her design philosophy emphasizes cross-cultural exchange and interaction, aiming to solve real-life problems through innovative design. She firmly believes that design is not just an expression of aesthetics, but a bridge for communication, understanding, and improving life.

Her design inspiration comes from her own experiences as an international student, where she realized that many international students often face loneliness and isolation while adapting to a new cultural environment. This led her to create a game that addresses these challenges by facilitating meaningful interactions and fostering a sense of community. Through careful observation of life, Zijie He integrates her personal experiences and cultural insights into her design, making her work both practical and impactful.
