About

Fashion Designer; Textile Designer

Fangyi Zhu is a Womenswear designer and Textile designer currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at the Royal College of Art.

By exploring the relationship between clothes, skin and body, she designs garments with a sense of breathing and helps people rebuild their self-confidence through the aesthetic research of garments and body lines.

Graduation Design
Fangyi Zhu is currently working on the design of fabrics that can improve skin allergies and tight-fitting sportswear.

The inspiration comes from her personal experience of having very severe skin allergic reactions, especially in the hot summer or after exercising. So she wants to design both functional and aesthetically appropriate tight-fitting sportswear for people with skin allergies so that people can enjoy a more beautiful and comfortable lifestyle while exercising as well.
