Her final thesis, titled “AI Self-symptomatic Checker for Cyberchondria,” addresses the pressing issue of cyberchondria, where individuals excessively rely on online self-diagnosis, leading to misinformation and anxiety. The research examines how cyberchondria impacts the NHS and proposes AI-driven solutions to mitigate this issue. By developing an AI self-symptomatic checker platform, Seulgee aims to provide accurate health information, reduce unnecessary healthcare visits, and improve user experience. The study highlights the importance of UX, UI, and GUI aspects, evaluating AI tools’ ethical implications and effectiveness in transforming healthcare interactions and improving public health outcomes.

Seulgee is passionate about creating innovative services for humans that integrate technology and design, aiming to inspire positive change and offer users new experiences and values.
