Service Design (MA)

About

I am a service designer passionate about infusing empathy and human-centered thinking into the financial sector. At the Royal College of Art, I worked on projects like my collaboration with Aegon UK, where I developed strategies to engage millennials with sustainable pension investments, integrating environmental consciousness into financial decisions.

Another key project is eMpower, aimed at supporting working women by easing the financial burden of childcare through workplace pensions. This reflects my commitment to reducing the anxiety often associated with financial transactions.

I believe financial services should go beyond being transactional, incorporating a human element and emotional intelligence to build trust and alleviate stress. My focus is on creating designs that not only solve problems but also enhance users’ sense of security and well-being.
