Almas Ratna Salsabila
About
Almas is an MA in Service Design graduates, Royal College of Art. Her professional experience of customer experience and service design projects in vital sectors such as public health, retail (fashion and home furnishing), and banking services in Indonesia honed her skills in understanding and innovating within these industries. She brings uniqueness of collaborating her ability to view design challenges through a spatial lens, from her architectural background in undergraduate program. This perspective enables her to seamlessly blend physical and service-oriented spaces with digital touch points, creating meaningful services.
Her study for master’s degree is fully-funded by LPDP Scholarship from the Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia.
