About
I am a Service Designer, User Experience enthusiast, and Strategist passionate about empowering people through evidence-based design while leveraging technological advancements. As an architect who transitioned into UX design and evolved into a Service Designer, I bring a unique blend of skills in understanding urban systems, digital interfaces, and human-centred design, along with the ability to evaluate the systemic impact of design decisions.
During my tenure at the Royal College of Art, I collaborated with esteemed industry partners like Aegon UK, The London Borough of Lambeth, and Snap Inc. and worked on projects spanning verticals such as Finance, Extended Reality, Public Services, and Social Impact.
Previously, as a Senior Experience Designer at Cognizant Interactive, I wore multiple hats: conducting user research and expert interviews, decoding briefs and stakeholder objectives, crafting user flows, and using my human-centred design skills to build a range of digital products for both internal and external client projects.
Driven by a commitment to create lasting impact, I strategically balance user needs with business objectives, ensuring that every design decision contributes to meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
