About

Hello!

I am Chenxi Li (Tracy), a Master’s graduate in Service Design from the Royal College of Art (2023/24), with a solid background in Visual Communication Design. I have accumulated extensive experience in graphic design and branding, allowing me to provide comprehensive design solutions from both visual and functional perspectives.

In the field of service design, I have always focused on cultural impact, social care, financial, and smart product design and development. By deeply analyzing user needs and behaviors, I strive to create design solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional. I believe that the core of design is to solve real problems and bring genuine value to users and society.

I excel in providing efficient and meaningful services to users through user research and innovative thinking. My design philosophy is centered on the user, ensuring that each design solution effectively addresses problems, enhances user experience, and generates positive social impact.

I look forward to exploring the endless possibilities of design with you and, through our collaboration, driving design innovation to create more value for society and users.
