Service Design (MA)

About

I am a Service Designer who believes in making the worlds of business and design meet, to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions that truly address user needs. My approach focuses on practical, user-centric designs rather than quick fixes, driven by a playful curiosity that fuels continuous learning and innovation. By blending empathy with creativity, I aim to create engaging experiences that foster positive behavior change and connect deeply with users.

I hold a Bachelors degree in Industrial Arts and Design Practices from Srishti Institute of Art, Design, and Technology in Bangalore, India, and am currently pursuing an MA in Service Design at the Royal College of Art, London. My career spans across diverse industries such as education, entertainment, sustainability, and finance. Previously, as a Project Manager at Skillmatics in Mumbai, I led projects from concept to execution, delivering solutions that impacted hundreds of families worldwide. My experience in start-ups has refined my skills in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring successful project outcomes, and my diverse background brings a multifaceted perspective to my design practice.
