Last-mile delivery vans in London cause road congestion due to a lack of parking spaces and irregular parking, negatively impacting delivery efficiency and urban sustainability.

Set up designated parking bays in a densely congestion areas, allowing delivery drivers from all delivery companies to book parking spots in advance through the combination of an online reservation system and flexible drive-in mode to use the parking bays orderly.

A project with Arup on the transition of place, based on the Agroforestry methodology, involves rezoning spaces under trees as arable land. The aim is to promote local production of organic fruits and vegetables, provide growing spaces for communities to connect and learn, and collaboratively maintain public spaces.

Hi, I’m a service designer with a background in Digital Media Art, focusing on UI and UX design. My studies in service design have broadened my perspective, allowing me to tackle urban sustainability challenges and harness the potential of service design to drive positive change.

As a service designer, I am like a science fiction writer, filled with curiosity and imagination about the future. I focus on the present while predicting what lies ahead. Based on these predictions, I lay down multiple paths towards an ideal future, addressing the current world’s issues. I place these possibilities at people’s feet, confident that one of these paths will lead them to a brighter future.

I thrive on overcoming challenges and collaborating with diverse teams to bring innovative ideas to life. My enthusiasm for exploring new design trends fuels my continuous improvement efforts. Effective communication is key to my approach, enabling me to build strong stakeholder relationships and keep teams aligned with shared goals. My design process emphasizes thorough observation and analysis, helping me uncover unique perspectives and craft compelling solutions.

My time at the Royal College of Art has deeply influenced my design philosophy, merging ambitious visions with practical solutions. This experience has sharpened my ability to create designs that balance creativity, feasibility, and user needs. I am dedicated to human-centered design, aiming to enhance user experiences while promoting long-term sustainability. I am passionate about advancing this field and designing services that contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive future.
