About

Kishan Hathiwala is a multidisciplinary designer from India with a passion for crafting impactful solutions that drive meaningful change. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, he has always been opportunistic and driven by creativity and optimism. He adopts a multifaceted approach, using design as a lens to explore new domains and challenge existing norms, delivering compelling narratives and holistic solutions.

He holds a background in Product Design from the National Institute of Design, India, and has furthered his education with an MA in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, London. Over the past few years, he has worked on innovative projects with public and private sector organizations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver pioneering solutions and experiences that have touched the lives of over a million people.

He resonates with the wisdom of Bruce Mau, who believes in the power of design to inspire, to provoke, and to create a better world. Throughout his journey, his goal and motivation have remained constant: to be optimistic, which allows me to be confident by trying out new things and seeking unexpected outcomes.
