In addition to service design, she has experience in industrial design and is accustomed to a problem-oriented and innovation-driven design approach. She is also an excellent interdisciplinary collaborator, proficient in modelling, rendering and graphic design, bringing diverse skills to the team.

During her time at RCA, she participated in projects related to electric mobility, coexistence between humans and nature, and collaborated with Arup on an energy management project. As a co-founder, she worked with the Chinese company 触·Touching to develop de-stigmatising and de-shaming designs for the sexual minority groups in the UK.

Details of her projects:

  • EN-TRY: A service focusing on energy equity and well-being for limited-income, multi-member households in the Haringey area. The project aims to alleviate energy burdens through low-cost energy plans and increased energy awareness, collaborating with financial institutions to establish a prepaid energy credit system and propose a vision for the future energy transition.
  • Touching: A multicultural platform enabling safe, enjoyable sex for UK LGBTQ+ women. Through the Content, Product, Community (CPC) strategy, the project helps target users gain accurate sexual knowledge, achieve safer and more pleasurable sexual journey, find support in the community to build confidence, and ultimately create a stigma-free world (find Touching on Instagram or visit our website).
