About

Parul is a designer and researcher in the realm of services, user experiences and business strategies for brands. Parul’s mission is to create meaningful experiences that bridge the gap between users and their needs, and she leverages a diverse skill set encompassing human-centred research, systemic design thinking, and business strategy to craft innovative solutions that drive real-world impact.

She pursued her undergraduate degree in Architecture & Design from the School of Planning and Architecture, India and is currently completing her MA Service Design from the Royal College of Art, London. Parul’s professional experience spans across both established and startup environments, where she has collaborated with cross-functional teams to build products from the ground up and manage their complete design cycle. She has previously served as the UX and Product Head and part of the Founding Team at Zeyka, a design-tech startup, and has worked on several projects with leading industry partners at her time at RCA, with a focus on AI-based social-impact driven solutions.
