About

As a service designer with a background in economics, international law and international relations, I not only use design thinking to identify, define and confront problems; but also analyse design missions and hypotheses from real-world perspectives to help make design decisions, such as global markets, economy, supply chain management and international policy.

I decided one of my design principles to “always choose poorer ones to win”. I believe that richer people, no matter for money, power or resources, have already grabbed more than enough from the world. I would like to try the designer’s power to influence richer ones to give out more and do more good, and to some extent, persuade people in positions of more powerful influence, to see ordinary people as someone who lives, not an ID number as a part of an “indicator data”.
