About

Trisha pursed her Service Designer Masters 23/24  from the Royal College of Art. She has work experience in User Experience Design. She has worked with clients based out of UK, EU and US, in various domains such as logistics, finance, communication and employee experience, earning accolades for her projects. She has previously completed her studies in product design, sociology and is a HFI Certified Usability Analyst(CUA). Her strengths include user research, systems thinking, service blueprints, critical thinking, design strategy, ideation and prototyping. Trisha’s collaborative nature and passion for exploring and impacting design, from simple products to complex systems, makes her journey dynamic and exciting.

During the course she worked in projects in Palliative Care, Healthcare and Wellbeing, Legal and Transportation space. She also was a part of the RCA challenge lab project with Arup and participated in the Entrepreneurial Journey elective with The Imperial College. Projects from her master’s journey are as follows:

  • Carerou : A service that transforms Carers’ daily journeys into moments of respite. It offers alternative routes for reflection and mental breaks during commutes. The goal is to support young adult carers in setting clear physical and mental boundaries. And enable connection for caregivers in the neighbourhood to increase awareness.

  • Mindpalace: Mindpalace is an AI-powered platform designed to streamline information management for lawyers, allowing them to focus on what truly matters. It addresses the issue of information overload, providing essential support to legal professionals.

  • Anchor: A waterway housing assistant that simplifies boaters’ lives. This project focused on creating a water living model for Rivers and Canals of London that is sustainable, driven by data, and promoting harmony among stakeholders.

  • Wise Guides: An intergenerational experience sharing platform. It focuses on creating opportunities for ageing residents to connect with others through key aspects of their whole identities.
