Service Designer and Creative Strategist
Specialist in designing seamless service experiences with dexterous precision. I work in space where people, technology and innovation intersects.
One of my significant projects involves developing an AI Concierge service. This project goes beyond integrating advanced technology; it focuses on creating a service that genuinely understands and anticipates guests’ needs. The AI Concierge is designed to enhance user interactions by being attentive and adaptive, making their experiences more seamless and enjoyable.
The essence of this project lies in its ability to evolve based on user feedback and behavior. My research and iterative process were guided by a deep understanding of user needs and technological possibilities. The goal was to ensure that the service is not only functional but also intuitive and empathetic.
