About
I’m a digital product and service designer specializing in user research, strategic analysis, and collaborative innovation.
I began my professional journey in Shanghai as a Product Designer and Brand Strategist, then in London where I pursued a Master’s degree in Service Design at the Royal College of Art and Business Training at Imperial College Business School.
During the academic year, I collaborated with Public Sector Organizations and Startups to deliver inclusive and impactful services, addressing Social Challenges including enhancing community engagement for the London Borough of Hounslow, advancing women’s gynecological health, supporting women’s businesses with local banks, and fostering sustainable career development in the music industry.
As a versatile problem solver, I apply design methods to preserve the creative drive of an idea. I look for connections between diverse elements, build insights from them, and create narratives that bring value and meaning to diverse projects.
I have a special place in my heart for art and music, using them as a way to bring care and healing to myself and others.
Feel free to connect with me on Linkedin.
