Hi, I’m Yinglin Zhu, you can call me Lillian! As a service designer, I am dedicated to creating innovative and practical designs that positively impact users and society.

After studying Graphic Design in Canada, I chose to further my education in Service Design at the Royal College of Art (RCA) in the UK. Living in different environments has enhanced my understanding as a designer of the challenges and issues currently facing society. But this interdisciplinary learning experience has broadened my design knowledge and deepened my understanding of the application of design in different cultures and environments.

Design is the key element to changing user behaviour and promoting social progress. As a designer, I focus on user needs, capture details, and dedicate myself to a more comprehensive thinking logic to bring a better life for users and society.
