I’m Yuzhe Che, a service designer with a strong foundation in design thinking, user research, and service prototyping. I am dedicated to honing my skills in creating innovative services that seamlessly meet user needs and create sustainable systems. My journey began with a degree in architecture, where I developed a keen eye for details and a passion for crafting spaces that blend functionality with aesthetics. This background has equipped me with a unique perspective on design, emphasizing the importance of both form and function.
My professional experience spans various roles where I have successfully applied my expertise in strategic design, user-centred research, and project management. At the School of Design, I implemented research methodologies that provided valuable insights into user behaviours and preferences, enabling the creation of user-centric solutions. In the past year, I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to redesign tools and services, resulting in enhanced user engagement and satisfaction. My projects have consistently focused on creating value by understanding the key trends in different industries and markets and developing solutions that benefit the whole service system.
With a diverse background that bridges architecture and service design, I bring a unique perspective to every project. I am excited to apply my multidisciplinary expertise to create meaningful and impactful solutions in the realm of service design.
