About

As a UX designer, with Service Design background at Royal College of Art, where I explore the theoretical and practical aspects of designing services that create social impact and innovation. I have a solid foundation in Interaction and User Experience design, which I acquired from my previous work experience at Hi-Tech companies like TikTok. I am passionate about creating user-centred and engaging digital products that meet the needs and expectations of diverse users and stakeholders.

Getting used to work on designing and improving the digital products for business users, I collaborate with managers and developers from different business lines to deliver effective solutions that enhance the merchant’s selling experience. Also, recognised as a pragmatic team player, I thrive within collaborative and interdisciplinary settings, where I harness my adept communication and problem-solving skills to synergise with project managers and developers.
