Zunyi Shi

Textiles (MA)

About

My name is Zunyi Shi and I was born in 2001 in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China. I’m a fashion and textile designer based in London. Before majoring in textiles at the Royal College of Art, I studied fashion design at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. I have more than five years of study experience so far and have my own style in the field of fashion.

I am particularly good at print design, clothing creativity and the use of different materials to create, and I will incorporate interactive elements in fashion design to make clothing or fabrics interactive.

In my studies, I have been focusing on fashion and textile design, and in its design and exploration, I not only master a variety of modern techniques, but also like to express the content of design with different colors and materials. I have a deep passion for fashion and textile design, and I prefer to have fun expressions in design, for example, I add a lot of interaction to the design process, I like that design has a sense of interactivity, it can interact with people, and it can resonate with people.

I will continue to explore the possibilities of different fabrics, and strive to bring people to think about reality and inspire future development through design.
