Introduction

In the School of Communication, we interrogate the fundamental ways in which communication shapes our lives, and use this knowledge to develop innovative ways of experiencing and interacting with the world.

We make space for conversation, new ideas and diverse voices. Our creative practices are culturally informed and historically aware, encouraging dialogue, and equitable, sustainable ways of being.

Critiquing and developing our legacies in the fields of animation and visual communication, and through exploring the emergence of new practices and technologies, we generate experiences that investigate human, nonhuman and more-than-human perspectives and realities.

Our Programmes
