Introduction

Service design transforms the human experience of businesses and industry as well as developing impactful interventions for complex social issues, better public services and policy. The course examines the complex cultural, technological, and systemic issues facing businesses, governments, and third-sector actors to create new services to tackle today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. To achieve this, students work on live projects with an exceptional number of partners across sectors to develop innovative solutions that reframe and reshape the world around us.
